This year's topic encompassed a broad range of perspectives. Examples included (but were not limited to) issues around damages awarded in particular contexts; community practices and perceptions of copyright laws; the public interest in copyright enforcement; institutional risk-averse practices versus legal compliance.
This year's Keynote Speaker was Professor Susy Frankel.
