It is our pleasure to announce that the 2019 APCA Conference will take place at Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand. 

This year's topic is intended to encompass a broad range of perspectives. Examples include (but are not limited to) issues around damages awarded in particular  contexts; community practices and perceptions of copyright laws; the public interest in copyright enforcement; institutional risk-averse practices versus legal compliance.

This year's Keynote Speaker will be Professor Susy Frankel.


Chair in Intellectual Property and International Trade, Faculty of Law, Victoria University of Wellington.


The conference will include a dinner for the attendees as well as a potential afternoon excursion.
